The goal of the project
About the project
The “Balaman x UNICEF” project aims to address one of the key social issues in Kazakhstan — improving the nutrition of schoolchildren. We sought to create a platform that would help parents, school staff, and administration effectively monitor the children's diet, making it healthier and more balanced.
My goal in this project: to contribute to the development of a solution using UX research and creating an intuitive design.

Project results
The project was canceled after the research phase was completed. The main reasons are:
1. Low demand for functionality: chefs do not need to create menus, as they work according to approved standards.
2. Integration difficulties: significant changes in processes were required for schools, which proved to be challenging.
3. Parental expectations: despite interest, many parents expressed doubts about their children's readiness to switch to healthy eating.
